The search for that illusive Sponsorship
In general
Our approach to sponsorship within the context of Congresses and Conferences is always to try to find quickly a win-win situation between the potential partner and the organiser. We as a PCO are totally aware of the fact that the return of investment for a sponsor is as important as investing in the congress revenue. Creating that return for our sponsors will insure that he will return as a sponsor next time.

For this general category of sponsors we do use a scheme called “no Cure no Pay”, this means that we take a certain % on the total amount of the found sponsor contributions. The general idea is that both parties win: the more sponsors we can find the better it will be for the congress and for us…

Exhibition
The return on investment has become even more important for the sponsors of congresses. Our exhibition manager will help to define the needs of your partners and will find an adequate solution for them: Planning of location, set-up, servicing and removing of the booths are only a small part of these services.

By getting to know your industry, we can determine the best mix of booth price and space allotment to ensure the best possible financial return (RIF). The exhibition floor is typically perceived as a hectic and intimidating place, but we provide friendly and qualified staff to ensure everything will run smoothly. This dedicated service will enforce the partnership with all the companies involved… year after year and this by designing adequate floor plans, optimizing exhibitor exposure and delegate flow, providing a separate on-site check-in for our exhibitors.

Sponsorship
Through the years, Semico Group is working on numerous international medical congresses and as a result has developed excellent relationships with the pharmaceutical industry.

Semico Group meets regularly with IPCAA Members to discuss relationships between Associations, Congress organizers and industry, which gives us competitive advantages in raising sponsorships.

By listening to the needs of the industry , we have the ability to maximize the sponsorship revenue.
